Required Experience

- 10+ years of HR Technology or HRIS consulting experience.

- 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.

- Minimum four full-cycle global SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

- Extensive hands-on configuration experience across multiple Talent modules.

- 5+ years of Talent Module Integrations Design, implementation and Support

- Experience supporting multinational organizations and global talent processes.

- Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, learning, career development, and compensation processes.
