About the Role
DawerOne is looking for an experienced, hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to support an enterprise implementation for a US-based client.
You’ll work closely with a US-based Solution Architect and Functional Lead to translate solution designs into technical implementations. You’ll own complex Salesforce development and integrations, establish sound engineering practices, and provide technical direction to other developers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, building production-grade solutions, and taking ownership of delivery.
We’re looking for robust Salesforce engineering fundamentals and proven enterprise integration experience. Experience with Salesforce–SharePoint and Salesforce–QuickBooks integrations is particularly important.
What you'll do ?
Salesforce Development
- Translate solution architecture and functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Design and develop Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce Flow.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while accounting for Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices.
Enterprise Integrations
- Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
- Work on integrations involving SharePoint and QuickBooks, including APIs, authentication, data synchronization, error handling, and reconciliation.
- Implement reliable integration patterns with appropriate logging, retries, and failure recovery.
Technical Leadership
- Work directly with the Solution Architect and Functional Lead to resolve technical questions and implementation challenges.
- Break down requirements into technical tasks and guide developers through implementation.
- Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and help unblock the engineering team.
- Contribute to technical decisions and ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and security expectations.
Engineering & Delivery
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment planning, and production readiness.
- Establish or improve source control, branching, and CI/CD practices.
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and drive them through resolution.
AI & Emerging Salesforce Capabilities
- Contribute to AI-enabled workflows and intelligent automation where required.
- Evaluate opportunities to use Salesforce’s AI capabilities and related technologies to improve business processes.
What we are looking for ?
- 10+ years of overall software engineering experience , including at least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development.
- Strong practical experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations using REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, data transformation, and robust error handling.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, bulk processing, performance, and governor limits.
- Experience implementing and supporting production integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on production experience with Salesforce–SharePoint and Salesforce–QuickBooks integrations. Be prepared to discuss what you personally built, the integration architecture, and the challenges you solved.
- Ability to translate technical designs into working software while providing technical direction to other developers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, or Salesforce Integration Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, MuleSoft IDP, or document-processing workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience working with US-based enterprise clients.
Engagement Details
- Part-time contract engagement for an initial six months.
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Remote work from India, with agreed working hours overlapping with the US-based team.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and technical expertise.
- Potential for a longer-term engagement or full-time opportunity depending on business requirements and mutual fit. Any extension or conversion would be discussed separately and is not guaranteed.
