Crest Paints is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to strengthen our sales team and expand our presence across the market. If you have experience in the paint or coatings industry and enjoy building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and delivering measurable sales growth, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will manage existing customers, develop new business opportunities, expand market reach, and contribute directly to achieving the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities -

Develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.

- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
- Promote liquid paints or industrial paints, Waterbase paints and powder coatings.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales orders.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and evolving customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Submit regular sales reports and share valuable market feedback with management. Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience,

preferably in the paint or coatings industry. - Strong knowledge of dealer networks, industrial sales, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred. What We Offer
