We are looking for an experienced sales professional to:

· Develop new business and nurture & grow key customers assigned for ODC and heavy haul transportation, FTL transportation, cranes and equipment hiring.

· Lead, mentor and develop a team of sales executives, including freshers.

· The work will naturally involve extensive travel—approximately 60–70% of the time—to meet customers,



develop business and accompany junior team members.

· Build relationships across infrastructure, steel, power, EPC, manufacturing and construction sectors.

· Develop a strong network of brokers, vehicle owners, crane owners and equipment suppliers.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within approved limits and close orders.

· Coordinate with operations for vehicle deployment, route surveys, permits, loading and delivery.

· Step in and support operational coordination when required.

· Assist in resolving difficult customer service or payment collection issues.

· Support data collection, analysis, interpretation, review, reporting and other allied activities.

Experience required:

· Preferably 7-12 years of experience in ODC, FTL, project logistics, transportation, crane hiring, equipment hiring or a closely related field.

· Strong sales performers with knowledge of road transportation or equipment hire who can lead and develop others may also apply.

· Candidates must be energetic, comfortable with extensive fieldwork and capable of and experienced in delivering both individual and team sales targets.
