Jehovah Builders Private Limited is a growing real estate and construction company focused on residential developments. We are hiring a agile, target-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive individual sales, generate leads, build client relationships, and close property deals across Chennai.

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for residential apartments, villas, and off-plan projects in Chennai and Tirunelveli.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and regular follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.




- Negotiate with clients and close deals successfully.
- Build strong customer relationships and monitor market trends.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and deal closures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing individual sales targets.
- Willing to work on weekends, with one weekday off.
