Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Sales to drive B2B sales growth across assigned territories. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of Sales Executives, expanding the customer base, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial sales, team management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives.

Generate new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers through regular market visits.

Provide technical and commercial support in coordination with internal teams.

Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, budgets, and performance reviews.





Ensure timely collections and coordinate with operations for smooth order execution.

Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Expand market presence and strengthen customer relationships across assigned territories.

Travel extensively for business development, market visits, and customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably with team-handling responsibilities.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
