About the Role

Sovereign Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales/business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Find and connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote and explain the company's IT and technology services to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, networking, and other sales activities.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software services is an added advantage.
