CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA (20% Variable)

Shift: Rotational US Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days + 2 Rotational Week Offs

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in International B2B Sales / Voice Sales.
- Experience in end-to-end sales, lead generation and business development.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, outbound sales and client engagement.
- Robust negotiation, convincing and relationship management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in Inside Sales, IT/SaaS Sales, US Sales or Business Development is preferred.
