We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Analytics professional with strong experience in Real World Evidence (RWE) and Real World Data (RWD) analysis.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with large healthcare datasets, claims databases, and EMR/EHR data. This role focuses primarily on healthcare analytics, study design, patient cohort creation, and insights generation rather than traditional data engineering activities.

Responsibilities

- Perform Real World Evidence (RWE) and Real World Data (RWD) analysis.
- Design and create patient cohorts for healthcare studies.
- Conduct Line of Therapy (LOT) analysis and patient journey analysis.
- Analyze patient characteristics, treatment patterns, and cost distribution.
- Work with healthcare claims databases such as Marketscan, Symphony, Pharmatrix, IQVIA, etc.
- Generate meaningful insights from complex healthcare datasets.




- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders.
- Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure data quality and data standardization across datasets.
- Work with cloud platforms such as Snowflake and Redshift.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare, RWE, or RWD datasets.
- Strong experience with claims data and EMR/EHR data.
- Expertise in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Cohort Creation and Line of Therapy (LOT) analysis.
- Valuable understanding of pharmaceutical industry and drug development lifecycle.
- Experience with ICD-10, NDC, and healthcare coding systems.
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or similar cloud data platforms.
