The core capabilities

1. End-to-end ownership of release automation, execution, and post-release reviews across multiple products and teams from source code management, branching, merging etc. standpoint.
2. Deep expertise in release management for cloud-native, microservices-based platforms deployed on AWS.
3. Robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps tooling, and release automation practices.
4. Experience driving release governance, change management, risk assessment, rollback planning, and production readiness reviews.
5. Ability to coordinate across Engineering, PMO, QA, Security, and Business stakeholders to ensure predictable and high-quality releases.
6. Proven track record of improving release frequency, stability,



deployment success rates, and operational efficiency through automation.
7. Experience managing complex release schedules involving multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies.
8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across senior leadership and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in software delivery and DevOps, including at least 5 years in release management roles supporting large-scale enterprise platforms.
