Roles and Responsibility

- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of loans and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers for asset loans.

- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to provide tailored loan solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.

- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.

- Strong knowledge of asset loans, business loans, LAP,



vehicle loans, and other related products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to clients.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
