Senior Regional Manager - Franchise Operations Education – Guwahati – 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Regional Manager with 5–10 years of experience, including strong exposure to franchise expansion and franchise sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in the education or institutional sector, with strong networking, negotiation, presentation and business development skills. The role requires solid regional market understanding and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

1. Managing a franchisee network of business partners for profitability, smooth operations, academic delivery and compliance as per company policies.
2. Conceptualizing monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans while allocating budgets to maximize targets.
3. Leveraging support from academic, marketing, customer care and logistics teams to ensure smooth business partner operations.
4. Maintaining timely and accurate MIS reporting for performance reviews.
5. Coordinating with the marketing team to implement Go-To-Market strategies effectively and on time.
6. Conducting business presentations for potential business partners.
7. Driving revenue and profitability targets while supporting product development and launches across the region.
8. Monitoring market intelligence and industry trends across the assigned region.
9. Adhering to all applicable legal norms and organizational procedures.

Requirements

1. Possessing 5+ years of experience in franchise expansion.
2. Bringing a minimum of 3 years of experience in hardcore franchise sales,



preferably within the institutional or education sector.
3. Holding a Management Graduate/Post Graduate qualification, preferably in Marketing or Operations.
4. Demonstrating strong knowledge of the assigned geographic region.
5. Possessing excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrating strong networking and presentation skills.
7. Being comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
8. Being willing to travel extensively.
