We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Team Lead with 7+ years of experience to lead a team of 5 to 15 recruiters and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple entities and business functions. The role requires strong team leadership, hands-on sourcing, stakeholder management, recruitment planning and ownership of hiring targets and closures.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and monitor the performance of a team of 5 to 15 recruiters.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer release and joining.
- Manage volume, lateral, niche and senior-level hiring across multiple entities and business functions.
- Handle recruitment requirements across Sales, Training & Learning, IT/Non-IT Trainers, SMEs, Mentors, Digital Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations.
- Develop candidate pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean search and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with management, entity heads, hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring priorities.
- Monitor recruitment targets, recruiter productivity, closure ratios and hiring timelines.
- Handle critical positions, interview coordination,



offer negotiations and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closures and improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and team productivity.
- Prepare recruitment status reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience managing a team of 5 to 15 recruiters.
- Robust hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and recruitment delivery.
- Experience managing multiple hiring requirements across different business functions or entities.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other recruitment tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage recruitment targets, prioritize critical positions and drive timely closures.
- Preferred industry exposure: EdTech, IT Training, Technology, Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, Sales or Training & Consulting.
- Candidates with a combination of team management and hands-on recruitment experience will be preferred.
