They connect employers and staffing partners with candidates through performance-based job advertising, and they also have ATS, AI-powered applicant tracking system. They are a lean, international team operating from Spain, the UAE, Singapore and Asia.

About the role

They are hiring a Senior Recruiter in India to own end-to-end hiring across tech, sales and operations roles, for Jobstoday and for selected client mandates. You will run full-cycle searches, build talent pipelines across India and other markets, and help shape how recruiters use ATS day to day. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct access to leadership.

Key responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruitment: intake with hiring managers, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding handover.
- Manage 10–15 open requisitions at a time across tech, sales, customer success and operations.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, referrals, communities and Boolean/X-ray search.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles in India and other offshore markets (Philippines, LATAM).
- Run structured, competency-based interviews and present shortlists with explicit assessments.
- Lead offer negotiation, including CTC structuring, notice-period buyouts and counter-offer management.
- Track and report funnel metrics: time-to-fill, source of hire, pass-through rates, offer acceptance and quality of hire.




- Use and give feedback on ATS; help define recruiter workflows and best practices.
- Support client recruitment mandates and advise employers on job advertising and sourcing strategy.
- Strengthen employer branding through job content, candidate experience and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment, at least 3 in a senior, lead or principal recruiter role.
- Proven record hiring for tech and/or sales roles, in-house, agency or RPO.
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search and direct outreach.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, Workable or similar).
- Solid knowledge of the Indian hiring market: CTC structures, notice periods, background checks and counter-offers.
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable working with an international, remote team.
- Data-driven: tracks pipeline metrics and uses them to improve results.
- Self-managing, organised and able to handle several stakeholders and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be ready to work during Central European Time Zone.

Nice to have

- Experience recruiting for international markets (Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia).
- Background in job boards, HR tech, recruitment advertising or staffing.
- Use of AI tools in sourcing and screening.
- Additional Indian or foreign languages.
