We’re looking for a Senior QA Specialist who brings structure, clarity, and ownership to quality. This role is not just about finding bugs—it’s about building confidence in every release, strengthening systems, and ensuring the product performs reliably at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across products and releases

- Develop, maintain, and improve manual and automated test cases

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define quality benchmarks

- Identify, document, and track defects with clear impact analysis

- Drive root cause analysis and ensure closure of critical issues

- Lead regression, performance, and integration testing efforts

- Contribute to automation frameworks and improve test coverage

- Mentor junior QA team members and enforce quality standards

- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and SDLC/STLC

- Hands-on experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

- Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)

- Solid knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

- Exposure to security testing basics

- Experience in testing microservices architecture

- Knowledge of scripting/programming (Java, Python, JavaScript)

- Experience in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
