We are hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer to test a large web application and help make sure each release works well.
What you will do
- Build automation test scripts that can be reused and run with different sets of data.
- Do functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Test important user flows such as product, cart, checkout, payment, orders, offers, and returns.
- Do manual and exploratory testing when needed.
- Review requirements and prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Take part in design and release meetings.
- Use AI tools to help with writing tests, creating test data, and checking failures.
- Run tests on different browsers and devices and keep the automation framework up to date.
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and other QA engineers.
Must have
- Strong hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience with complex transaction-based applications, such as e-commerce.
- Experience in API testing and checking data using SQL.
- Good knowledge of Git and GitLab CI/CD.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
