Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation & Manual Tester to support enterprise application quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, building automation frameworks, executing manual and automated testing, validating integrations, and ensuring release readiness across multiple delivery cycles. This role requires strong expertise in quality engineering, test automation, API testing, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities:

- Define, develop, and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases across System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT phases.

- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.

- Identify automation opportunities and improve overall test coverage and efficiency.

- Execute manual and automated tests for functional, regression, integration, UI, performance, and non-functional testing requirements.

- Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure end-to-end requirements coverage.

- Validate APIs, integrations, databases, and data consistency across enterprise applications.

- Perform test execution, result analysis, defect logging, retesting, and closure validation.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support effective defect resolution.

- Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing processes within Agile delivery environments.

- Create and maintain test documentation, automation guidelines, standards, and knowledge repositories.





- Perform data validation and reconciliation during migration and production deployment activities.

- Support production deployment verification, release validation, and troubleshooting activities.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Provide test status reports, execution metrics, risk assessments, and quality dashboards.

- Mentor team members and contribute to quality engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

- 8 years of hands-on experience in Automation and Manual Testing.

- Strong experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, testing, implementation, and support.

- Expertise in designing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automation solutions.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:

- Playwright

- Selenium

- Similar automation frameworks





- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including:

- Test Plans

- Work Item Tracking

- CI/CD Integration

- Experience with

- JMeter

- SonarQube

- API Testing Tools

- Test Automation Frameworks

- Solid understanding of

- Functional Testing

- Experience with RTM creation and test coverage management.

- Strong knowledge of defect management processes and RCA methodologies.

- Experience in SQL-based data validation and database testing (Azure SQL / MSSQL).

- Hands-on experience validating REST APIs and system integrations.

- Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and deployment models.

- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting/programming languages used in automation.

- Exposure to enterprise API integrations and service validation.

- Experience leveraging AI-assisted testing tools and automation capabilities.

- Strong understanding of quality engineering frameworks and process optimization.

- Experience leading testing initiatives within distributed and cross-functional teams.

- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
