Job Title: Senior Python Developer - AI Platforms & Agentic AI Application

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with extensive experience in building scalable backend applications using Python, Django, FastAPI, and RESTful APIs

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade applications and exposure to building or integrating Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and AI platforms

. This role involves designing and developing intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, workflow orchestration frameworks, and modern cloud-native architectures. The candidate will work closely with Product, AI/ML, and Platform Engineering teams to build next-generation AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python .
- Build high-performance APIs using Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and FastAPI .
- Develop reusable, secure, and maintainable microservices.
- Build and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, API security, rate limiting, and performance optimization.
- Write clean, testable, and production-ready code following engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

AI Application Development

- Build and integrate AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks .
- Develop conversational AI, copilots, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Integrate external tools, APIs, databases,



and enterprise platforms into AI workflows.
- Build multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing complex business processes.
- Develop prompt management, memory handling, tool calling, and agent orchestration capabilities.

AI Platform & Integration

- Contribute to the development of internal AI platforms and reusable AI services.
- Integrate AI models from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Work with vector databases and semantic search systems.
- Develop AI service layers for scalable enterprise deployments.
- Support model evaluation, observability, monitoring, and feedback collection.

Cloud & DevOps Collaboration

- Deploy applications using Docker and container-based environments.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
- Collaborate with platform teams on Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments.
- Ensure application scalability, availability, and security.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development and API design.
- Proven expertise in data engineering : pipelines, ETL, data modeling, and database management.
- Hands-on AI/ML experience with deployment of LLM applications on GPU-powered infrastructure (NVIDIA GPUs, AWS/GCP/Azure GPU instances, Kubernetes GPU orchestration).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue).
- Experience with version control (Git) , containerization (Docker) , and CI/CD pipelines .
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable AI deployments.
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed computing, and microservices architecture .
- Experience in data governance, performance optimization, and cost-effective ML model deployment .
