About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python backend development and React.js frontend development to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and DevOps practices. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver innovative and secure solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Python and React.js.
- Build responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components using React.js.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement scalable and secure cloud-native applications.




- Work with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Management, and Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade software applications using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong expertise in Python application development and backend engineering.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask frameworks.
- Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
- Proven expertise in Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong frontend development experience using React.js or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Experience deploying and managing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience using Docker for application packaging and deployment.
- Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.




- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Strong understanding of distributed system design principles and scalable architecture patterns.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and database optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Experience working in Healthcare or Life Sciences domains is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
