Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Manager with 8–10 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, particularly in finishing works and MEP procurement. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and timely material availability across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of construction materials, finishing items, and MEP equipment as per project requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors, suppliers, and contractors based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

- Prepare and review RFQs, comparative statements, purchase orders, and procurement schedules.

- Negotiate rates, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, planning teams, and accounts departments for timely procurement.

- Monitor material costs, market rates,



vendor performance, and procurement budgets.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites and resolve supply-related issues.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation in accordance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- 8–10 years of relevant procurement experience in the construction or real estate industry.

- Robust knowledge of finishing materials, MEP items, construction specifications, and vendor management.

- Excellent negotiation, cost control, contract management, and supplier development skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement or ERP software.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
