Role Description The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project execution across production, supply chain, and new product initiatives for Toyo Kombucha. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Delhi Area involves planning project timelines, defining deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams including operations, quality, logistics, and marketing.

The individual will oversee expediting of materials and equipment, manage vendor relationships, and ensure inspections and quality checks are completed on schedule. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving bottlenecks, optimizing logistics,



and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

Manager will also contribute to process improvement, risk mitigation, and scaling operations to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in expediting and expeditor functions, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Background in inspection and quality assurance, preferably in food and beverage or FMCG environments.
- Proficiency in logistics management, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and distribution planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and process optimization.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on inclusive, respectful teamwork.
- Experience in the beverage, consumer goods, or manufacturing sector is highly beneficial.
