We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs and work closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale programs, cross-functional teams, client relationships, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex, multi-functional programs from planning through successful execution.
- Define program objectives, delivery plans, governance structures, milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across business, technology, and client teams.
- Lead large and diverse teams, providing direction, mentoring, and performance leadership.
- Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
- Drive process improvements, operational excellence, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Work with leadership teams to translate business objectives into actionable programs.
- Monitor program performance, budgets, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.




- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, productivity, and team effectiveness.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate

- 15+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in technology, consulting, project management, or program delivery.
- Currently working or having recent experience in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Director, Portfolio Manager, or equivalent senior leadership positions.
- Proven experience managing complex programs and large cross-functional teams.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in transformation, digital initiatives, or technology-driven business programs will be an advantage.
