About the Role

Arrya Scimat is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead project execution and infrastructure development for setting up a completely new brand in the PP and EPE disposable products segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and timely completion.
- Oversee all civil and structural works, including RCC, steel structures, foundations, flooring, roofing, and factory infrastructure.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, BOQs, budgets, and project schedules.
- Coordinate factory setup, machinery installation requirements, utilities, and operational readiness.
- Ensure quality control, cost efficiency, site safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Work directly with management to establish the infrastructure and facilities required for the new brand.





Candidate Profile
- Robust preference for a Civil Engineer with in-depth knowledge of civil construction and structural engineering.
- Experience in industrial projects, factory construction, or manufacturing facility setup.
- Strong expertise in drawings, BOQs, cost estimation, contractor management, and site execution.
- Practical, result-oriented, and capable of independently managing projects from start to finish.
- Willing to work full-time from the factory in Kolkata.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Civil Engineer with strong structural knowledge, excellent project execution skills, and the ability to take complete ownership of factory infrastructure and project delivery.
