Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the development of new products (NPd) from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure successful product introduction.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

- 17-25 years of experience in automotive industry or related field.

- Solid understanding of bearings, breakers, bushing technology.

- Proven track record in managing complex projects from concept to production.

- Experience with RFQ process management.
