Role & responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets as per the plan.
- Operate and supervise production processes, including extrusion, lamination, printing, tube making and finishing.
- Ensure product quality, process control and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor machine performance, minimize downtime and reduce material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Planning departments for smooth production operations.
- Maintain production records, shift reports and rejection data.
Preferred candidate profile Experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic packaging, laminated tubes or adaptable packaging.
