Position: Senior Pre-Sales Manager | IT Services

Location:- Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pre-Sales Manager to lead and scale the pre-sales function in India. The role involves opportunity qualification, solutioning, bid management, proposals, estimation, demos, and client-facing engagements across global geographies.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities from opportunity qualification through deal closure.
- Drive discovery sessions, win themes, competitive differentiation, and deal strategy.
- Develop solution approaches, architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration blueprints.
- Own RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, compliance matrices, technical proposals, and differentiators.
- Prepare effort estimates, resource models, budgetary estimates, SOWs, and engagement documents.
- Build and present tailored demos, prototypes, and POCs.
- Engage with technical stakeholders and CXO-level audiences.
- Build reusable pre-sales assets, accelerators, case studies, and estimation models.




- Lead and mentor the pre-sales/proposal team and drive KPIs and performance.
- Collaborate with sales, practice heads, delivery teams, and regional stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills:-
- 12-15 years of overall experience with significant experience in Pre-Sales and Solutioning within an IT services environment.
- Solid experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Bid Management, RFP/RFI/RFQ, Proposal Management, and Solution Architecture.
- Technical fluency across at least two of the following:

- AWS / Azure
- Microsoft D365 / Power Platform

- Boomi / iPaaS

- Data Platforms
- Generative AI / Agentic AI
- Experience in estimation, solution design, SOW preparation, demos, and POCs.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Prior delivery experience is strongly preferred.
