Tips for posting on Indeed
- Put the pay range in Indeed's salary field, set to "per month," so it shows in search.
- Add "Remote" in the location field so it appears in remote searches.
- Consider adding screening questions such as: "Years of experience with JMeter/K6/LoadRunner?", "Have you integrated performance tests into a CI/CD pipeline?", and "Are you available immediately?"
- If you want to hire only bench candidates, state that in your internal screening instead of in the public post.
- Add your company name and a short company description if you want more applicants. Anonymous posts tend to get fewer.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
