Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Lead to drive paid digital acquisition, generate high-quality leads, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize marketing ROI across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive high-quality leads and improve lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets, optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), and improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ROAS.
- Lead creative strategy, A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
- Oversee tracking and analytics using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Conversions API, and CRM integrations.
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance.
- Build performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or advanced Excel.
- Collaborate with sales,



design, content, and technology teams to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes.
- Lead and mentor the performance marketing team and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience managing high advertising budgets and optimizing CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in EdTech, vocational training, real estate, or BFSI is preferred.
- Exposure to server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, and marketing automation is an advantage.
