Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using various tools such as CSA (Customer Service Assistant) and SAA (Service Analyst).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop technical documentation for Pega systems architecture, including diagrams, flowcharts, and code comments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Pega application performance, data integrity, and security.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Pega development with expertise in CCSA (Customer Service Assistant) and SAA (Service Analyst).
- Solid understanding of Pega's architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
