Role & responsibilities

RST Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant to join our offshore delivery team in Noida. The consultant will work closely with US-based clients, business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to support Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain, particularly P2P/S2P processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud Procurement and related SCM modules.
- Provide functional expertise across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
- Develop functional configuration documents, solution designs, and functional specifications.
- Support integrations between Oracle Cloud and external/upstream/downstream systems.
- Support data conversion and migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI and related tools.
- Participate in Fit-Gap analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
- Work with technical teams and developers to troubleshoot integration and application issues.
- Support Oracle Cloud enhancements, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Participate in Redwood adoption and implementation initiatives.
- Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud Receivables, Payables, Expenses, Cash Management, Receiving and Inventory as required.
- Work with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and other ERP workstreams.
- Prepare test plans, test scripts, configuration documents and user documentation.




- Participate in client meetings and provide offshore delivery support aligned with US business hours when required.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and Oracle Cloud utilization.

Preferred candidate profile

- 9-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM, with strong Oracle Cloud experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with:

- Oracle Procurement Cloud

- Oracle Purchasing
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Oracle Receiving & Inventory
- Oracle Cloud Payables & Expenses
- Oracle Cloud Receivables & Cash Management
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Contracts and/or Supplier Qualification Management is preferred.
- Experience with FBDI/ADFDI for data conversion and imports.
- Experience with Oracle MDM/master data concepts.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS and experience working in hybrid EBS/Cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Redwood implementation and/or Fit-Gap analysis.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations and ability to work effectively with technical/integration teams.
- Strong experience with functional testing, including CRP, SIT and UAT.

The source profile specifically demonstrates experience in functional design, configuration guides, integration documentation, testing, data conversion using FBDI/ADFDI, and cross-functional Oracle Cloud implementation work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Cloud Procurement certification.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
- Experience working with US-based clients or global delivery teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in an offshore consulting environment.
- Experience leading offshore workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
