We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive who can take ownership of exhibition stall projects from design coordination to final on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end exhibition stall projects
- Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, fabricators and internal teams
- Understand drawings, BOQs, production requirements and site requirements
- Plan and monitor fabrication, logistics, installation and dismantling
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per approved designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tight deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate on-ground teams
- Resolve execution-related issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain strong vendor and client relationships
- Ensure quality, safety and finishing standards are maintained

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
