The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable backend applications, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions using Node.js.Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and product teams.

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of software development experience.

- Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with Express.js, NestJS,



or similar Node.js frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.

- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.

- Knowledge of Redis, caching mechanisms, and message queues.

- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

- Exposure to containerized and cloud-native applications.

- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
