- Minimum 10+ years combined experience in hands-on network engineering and managing highly technicalteams
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Tech savvy, proficient in using service apps, and thrives on using technology to solve problems
- Ability to handle several simultaneous tasks while demonstrating urgency and ownership to drive tasks and issues tocompletion
- Experience in alarge-scale, agile enterprise environmentwith production/revenue-based networking that is critically relied upon for the success of thebusiness
- Capability to roll up sleeves and dig into the work of yourteam
- Highly motivated, strong sense of urgency and track record of gettingresults
- Experience and familiarity with various Security tools and Network tools
