Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end merchandising from design development to production and dispatch.
- Preparing production plans, costing sheets, BOMs, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinating with designers, vendors, job workers, production, and warehouse teams.
- Managing sampling, design approvals, production kits, and material requirements.
- Monitoring production progress, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Handling vendor negotiations, costing, and production-related issues.
- Maintaining production MIS, design records, and inventory tracking sheets.
- Identifying production bottlenecks and ensuring timely resolution.
- Supervising junior merchandisers and ensuring smooth workflow.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of garment merchandising, production processes, fabrics, and costing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple designs and production schedules.
- Valuable problem-solving, planning, and team management skills.

Preferred: Experience in women’s ethnic wear manufacturing. Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
