Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior MEP Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in managing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for high-end industrial, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading MEP design coordination, reviewing technical drawings, managing site execution, and ensuring that all HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and plumbing systems are delivered in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and stringent project timelines. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Key Responsibilities

MEP Design & Technical Coordination

- Lead and coordinate all MEP services, including HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, drainage,



and related systems.
- Review and verify MEP design drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and technical specifications.
- Review and validate MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and Method Statements before execution.
- Perform "clash detection" on drawing, identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between different MEP disciplines and the Architectural / interior structure.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, design consultants, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design clashes and interface issues.
- Review design feasibility, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure and coordinate with consultant for timely preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Identify design discrepancies and propose technically sound and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with client/PMC, attend regular design meetings.
