- Perform blood, urine, and other laboratory tests.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Collect, label, and process samples correctly.
- Check test results for accuracy.
- Maintain laboratory records and reports.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
- Train and supervise junior laboratory staff.
- Manage laboratory supplies and report shortages.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff when required.
- Ensure the laboratory follows hospital/clinic policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in a medical laboratory.
- Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work accurately and responsibly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
