Job Summary

Getwell Hospital is seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive – Trade to expand its healthcare network, develop business partnerships, generate patient leads, and promote hospital services across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have solid field sales capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, corporate organizations, and other potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, and corporate offices to promote hospital services.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and institutional clients.
- Generate business leads to increase OPD footfall, IPD admissions, diagnostic investigations, and utilization of hospital services.
- Promote the hospital’s key facilities, including all-day OPD services, 24×7 emergency care, renal dialysis, a 22-bedded advanced critical care unit, and advanced CT scan and diagnostic services.
- Identify and develop corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, employee health check-up programmes, and health camp opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, client enquiries, proposals, and prospective business accounts.
- Coordinate with internal hospital departments to facilitate patient enquiries and business conversions.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead databases, and records of business generated.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and business development targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education:



Graduate in any discipline. A degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management will be preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, trade marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or business development.
- Experience in hospital marketing, doctor relationship management, or institutional sales will be an advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong field sales, networking, and lead generation abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on measurable business results.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within Joka and adjoining areas of South Kolkata.
- Professional attitude, self-motivation, and strong follow-up skills.
