Relationship Manager MFD/IFA Channel (Bangalore)

Role Overview :

The Relationship Manager MFD Channel will be responsible for driving mutual fund sales through MFD partners by strengthening relationships, increasing distributor engagement, and maximizing market share. The role requires strong relationship management skills, channel understanding, and the ability to drive sales through distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture strong relationships with MFD/IFA partners.
- Drive maximum market share across allocated bank accounts through focused sales efforts.

- Plan and execute business development activities, tie-ups, and initiatives to grow channel sales.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IFAs, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
- Share periodic updates on business performance, pipeline, and opportunities.
- Ensure superior sales support and service delivery to maintain solid partner experience.




- Undertake relationship-building and brand visibility initiatives to strengthen goodwill in the channel.

Experience & Expertise

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Mutual Funds / AMC Sales/MFD Channel.
- Demonstrated success in scaling MFD partnerships.
- Strong understanding of MFD channel, mutual fund products, and markets trends.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong relationship management and partner engagement skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong sales orientation with ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities within distributor networks.

• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products. Education & Certifications

- MBA preferred
- NISM Certification (V-A) Mandatory
