About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who can take ownership of talent acquisition, lead recruitment initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to our overall people strategy.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys working closely with business leaders.

What You’ll Do

- Own and drive the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Manage and mentor recruiters / talent acquisition professionals.
- Build scalable sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Drive critical and senior-level hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce requirements.
- Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment performance, hiring timelines and quality of hire.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives.




- Develop and improve HR policies and processes.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Leverage HR technology, ATS, HRMS and AI-based recruitment tools.
- Provide regular hiring and people-related insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience managing recruitment teams.
- Proven experience handling mid-to-senior-level hiring.
- Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.
- Valuable understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams is an advantage.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
