Senior Manager Strategy & Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to lead strategic and financial planning initiatives. The role will drive performance management, financial modelling, business reviews, and high-impact projects while partnering closely with leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business performance management and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Drive revenue improvement, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
- Own budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Build complex financial models for business expansion, investments, and strategic decisions.
- Monitor business health metrics and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving operations, leasing, marketing, finance, and business development teams.
- Prepare board-level and executive presentations.




- Manage relationships with joint venture and investor partners, including business performance reviews, strategic planning & budgeting discussions, approval framework, and regular stakeholder communication.

Qualification & Experience

- BMS/BBA from a reputed institute with 5-8 years of relevant experience, OR
- MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute with 4-6 years of experience, OR
- CA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience; Big 4 or consulting background preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
