Purpose of the Role :The role is responsible for driving the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs of Axle & gearbox across Commercial Vehicle platforms by ensuring timely completion of all project deliverables at defined gateway milestones. The incumbent is accountable for achieving project timeline, cost, quality, and launch readiness targets through effective cross-functional coordination, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to project governance processes Job Responsibility :

- Strategic Process Orientation Prepare action plan for all CV Projects as per deliverables Generate gateway-based project details Interact with Planning Leads for timely inputs on various Gen 3 gate deliverables.
- Ensure SE deliverables as per project Gateways are completed on time with desired quality.
- Study of Aggregate Design, prepare initial Build sequence, BOP, PFD & identify issues at early stage of the program for resolution through close coordination with engineering team & planning team. Identify requirement of any special tools fixtures etc, Conduct digital build study of the aggregate & identify & resolve DFA DFM issues through Gen4D process.
- Prepare PFD, PFMEA, documents centrally & periodically review as per project gateway with involvement of CFT.
- Identify PIB, CIB, QIB issues for resolution in the new projects.

Identify opportunities for deployment of New technologies through NPI projects for robust manufacturing process controls.

- Good knowledge/experienced in MS Project/Primavera

- BE/Btech- full time
- Strong understanding of Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) and gateway-based project execution




- Proficiency in Project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) Knowledge of Axle & gearbox assembly & testing process, Gear machining process.
- Familiar about process planning, latest technologies being used across industry for manufacturing of Axle & Gearbox.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for engineering projects Data-driven with the ability to generate and interpret project reports.
- Familiarity with automotive systems, Gen 3 gate deliverables and product development cycles.
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years Experience in project planning, Monitoring, Mfg processes Skills & Competencies
