We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – RM Store to manage raw material store and warehouse operations in the Pharma, Ayurvedic, and Wellness industry. The candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, material receipt and storage, stock control, documentation, team management, and timely material availability for production. The candidate must ensure proper material handling, expiry monitoring, batch traceability, and compliance with applicable quality, safety, and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily raw material store and warehouse operations.

- Ensure timely receipt, inspection coordination, storage, and issuance of raw materials as per approved procedures.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

- Monitor batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and material traceability.

- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

- Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, including temperature and humidity monitoring wherever required.

- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Purchase, Production, and Planning departments.

- Ensure proper segregation and identification of approved, rejected, quarantined, and expired materials.

- Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, material issue slips, batch records, and other store documentation as applicable.

- Conduct monthly physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

- Monitor stock shortages, excess inventory, material damage, expiry risks,



and discrepancies.

- Coordinate with vendors and purchase teams for timely material delivery and resolution of shortages or quality issues.

- Supervise store staff, allocate duties, conduct team meetings, and provide training.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and internal audit requirements.

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, pest control coordination, and secure material handling practices.

- Review warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, budgets, and operating expenses.

- Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions wherever required.

- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control, storage utilization, and warehouse efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 6–10 years of experience in raw material stores or warehouse management.

- Experience in Pharma, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical, or Wellness manufacturing is preferred.

- Knowledge of inventory management, batch traceability, expiry control, FIFO/FEFO, and material documentation.

- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and quality compliance requirements.

- Experience in team handling, vendor coordination, and interdepartmental communication.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
