We required Manager / Sr. Manager - Quality (Machine Shop) in Simbli, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Requirements:

- Lead the complete quality system of the Machine Shop (CNC, VMC and HMC) for machined components of the metal casting line.
- Ensure in-process, final inspection and dispatch quality as per customer specifications and drawings.
- Control customer complaints, rejections and rework, and implement permanent corrective actions through root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
- Maintain quality systems, documentation and audits (internal, customer and third-party) as per IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
- Guide and train the quality team, and drive continuous improvement to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machining processes and GD&T;
- Drawing reading, tolerance stack-up, CMM programming and measurement
- Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA,



SPC, MSA
- Problem solving: 8D, 5-Why, Pareto, QC Tools
- Understanding of casting defects (shrinkage, porosity, sand inclusion) and their impact on machining
- Customer handling and audit facing skills
- Leadership, team management and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MIS reporting

Experience : Minimum 15 Years experience required. Location - Simbli, Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

Nearby location candidates are preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
