SeedWill / Amaara is looking for an experienced Project Finance professional to help structure, secure and manage construction funding for our luxury residential, farmhouse and hospitality-led developments across Goa–Maharashtra. Pasted markdown

What You’ll Own

- Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, private credit funds and institutional lenders
- Structure construction finance / project debt and prepare lender proposals
- Develop project financial models, cash flows, CMA, DSCR and cost-to-completion analysis
- Coordinate credit appraisal, legal/technical due diligence and lender documentation
- Evaluate and negotiate term sheets, interest rates, security, escrow, covenants and repayment structures
- Drive the process from funding proposal → sanction → documentation → actual disbursement
- Manage construction drawdowns, lender compliance and project finance reporting
- Identify refinancing and cost-optimisation opportunities as projects mature. Pasted markdown Pasted markdown





Who We’re Looking For 7–12+ years of meaningful experience in real estate project finance / construction finance / structured lending / developer finance / debt advisory, preferably from a: Real Estate Developer | Bank | NBFC | HFC | Private Credit/AIF | Project Finance Advisory firm

Experience financing luxury residential, villas, resorts, hospitality or mixed-use developments will be strongly preferred. Pasted markdown

Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred; strong candidates with direct construction-finance experience are equally welcome.
