Role Overview

To manage business applications, backend processes, databases, APIs, and automation activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Application Management: Manage application support, upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution for LD applications and related business systems.
- Business Requirements: Understand business requirements and coordinate the development and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and applications.
- Database Management: Oversee SQL queries, stored procedures, bulk data processing, database modifications, and data accuracy.
- Automation & RPA: Identify manual processes for automation and coordinate implementation to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- API & Integration: Manage API-related issues, middleware processes, and integrations between applications and databases.
- Operational Support: Ensure smooth functioning of critical processes, including RMS BOD files, payment gateway, partner console, KYC, and client-related activities.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with application providers, vendors,



and internal teams for issue resolution and timely delivery of enhancements.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Manage business dashboards, client reports, data extracts, and management reporting requirements.
- Change Management: Coordinate application upgrades, year-end changes, testing, implementation, and post-implementation validation.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and effective support.

Qualifications

- Positive understanding of application management and IT operations.
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and automation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and business requirements.
