Position: Senior Manager – HR

Experience: 8–12 years in HR, preferably from a manufacturing/automotive industry.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Manage core HR activities including employee relations, performance management, HR policies and employee engagement.
- Handle manpower planning, retention, training & development and succession planning.
- Ensure smooth HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Manage and guide the HR team and work closely with management on HR strategies and business requirements.
- Drive a positive work culture and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
