Work Days: Monday to Saturday(2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Role Objective: Lead the HR Operations Transformation, development and execution of HR analytics strategies towards Future-Ready HR, drive data-informed people decisions, enhance workforce efficiency, and support the entire employee lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations Transformation & Future-Ready HR

- Assess the current HR operating model and employee lifecycle processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, control risks and simplification opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end process redesign and transformation, driving standardization, stronger governance, faster turnaround and improved employee experience.
- Establish HR service metrics and SLAs to measure process efficiency, accuracy, productivity and service experience.
- Drive digitization, workflow automation and employee self-service to reduce manual transactions and improve data quality and accessibility.
- Build a future-ready HR Operations roadmap, leveraging automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions to progressively shift HR from transactional delivery to intelligent, insight-led operations.
- Benchmark emerging HR practices and technologies and embed a culture of continuous improvement, scalability and operational excellence

Analytics & insights

- Build and maintain comprehensive HR analytics dashboards and automated reports using HRMS (PeopleStrong) data to track key metrics such as attrition, performance, diversity, compensation and talent pipeline.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Google workspace tools and other tools, to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Digital Tools & Innovation

- Drive HR innovation and experimentation by exploring current technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Leverage Google Workspace for enhanced team collaboration, real-time reporting, and streamlined project documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration





- Partner with key stakeholders, including HRBP – Sales, HRBP – Manufacturing, and Head – Talent Acquisition, to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with entire internal HR teams like TA, HR Ops, HRMS team to get the insight and drive projects towards successful delivery.
- Present data-driven insights and project updates regularly to the CHRO and senior leadership to influence strategic people decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT, to ensure seamless data integration across various platforms.

People & Culture

- Promote and embody the USV Credo in all data-handling and project management activities.
- Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes and suggest enhancements to ensure continuous growth and organizational development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Professional Experience and Relevant Skills

- Minimum of 4-5 years of overall experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or HR Projects, preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
- Experience with PeopleStrong HR ERP will be an added advantage.
- Must possess proficiency in leveraging data to make strategic HR decisions and drive workforce improvements.
- Must have strong expertise in HR analytics Google Workspace tools and leading high-impact HR projects.
- Must demonstrate the ability to foster a data-driven culture and possess excellent communication skills.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

- Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent PGDM with specialization in HR or Data Analytics from a premier B-school
- Relevant Certifications : Any certification in People Analytics (e.g., AIHR, Google Data Analytics) is highly desirable.
