As a Senior Manager, HR Applications, you will lead the end-to-end delivery, transformation and operational management of the enterprise HR applications landscape.

Key responsibilities include

- Own the technical strategy, governance and operational excellence of HR applications.
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise HR technology solutions.
- Drive strategic global HR initiatives, system enhancements and integrations.
- Oversee core HR platforms and connected HR applications across the enterprise.
- Ensure HR technology solutions align with business objectives and technology standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards and requirements.
- Lead HR application architecture, transformation and platform governance.
- Own HR application products and modules across the technology landscape.
- Lead and develop HR applications teams and manage external technology partners.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective partner delivery.
- Work closely with global HR stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Drive automation,



process optimisation and reduction of technical debt.
- Lead architecture reviews and establish consistent platform standards.
- Ensure high-quality application support and enterprise service delivery.
- Lead large-scale HR technology transformation programmes.
- Contribute to the evolution of global HR technology strategy and capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- 18+ years of overall professional experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on HR Applications experience.
- Strong experience with platforms such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Workday, Eightfold or Cornerstone.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Applications Architect.
- Proven experience leading one or more large-scale HR application transformations.
- Strong experience managing complex global HR technology environments.
