Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

- Deliver robust NAV and financial reporting oversight across assigned funds, ensuring adherence to SLA timelines, accuracy thresholds, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with onshore and offshore partners, including India based colleagues.
- Carry out BAU oversight across technical areas within financial reporting, fund accounting and NAV oversight.
- Act as a subject matter expert for fund accounting oversight, including Fund, Financial Reporting and Costs & Charges.
- Perform error and risk validation, analyse control failures, support remediation activity and contribute to Risk & Compliance investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, controls and oversight.
- Manage complex internal and external stakeholder queries.

Build and maintain relationships with TPAs and internal partners. Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification

- Solid technical expertise in fund accounting, NAV oversight, and financial reporting, with knowledge of regulations across key jurisdictions (UK, Ireland, Luxembourg).
- Solid understanding of public markets structures and asset classes (e.g.,UCITS, SICAVs, money market etc.).
- Experience working within an outsourced operating model,



with the ability to effectively oversee and challenge third-party administrators (TPAs) and financial outputs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to assess NAV errors, control issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Proven ability to operate with independence, sound judgement, and accountability in a governance-driven environment.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence TPAs, auditors, and internal teams.
- Focus on risk, controls, and continuous improvement, with the ability to identify gaps and strengthen oversight frameworks.
- Relevant accounting or finance qualification, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to support decision-making.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in financial services. Min 5 years of experience in Fund accounting oversight or fund financial reporting oversight with at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA Finance) are a plus.
- Relevant IOC or Investment Management qualification / Certification would be desirable.
