Role Description The Senior Manager Corporate Travel Operations will lead and oversee end-to-end corporate travel services, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational efficiency for business clients. This full-time, in office role is based in Mumbai and involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising teams, and optimizing processes related to ticketing, hotel bookings, visa support, travel insurance, and other corporate travel components.

The role includes coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, monitoring service levels, resolving escalation issues, and implementing best practices in corporate travel management.

Manager will analyze travel data, control costs, and support the development of new corporate travel solutions aligned with client requirements and company strategy. This position also involves mentoring team members, enforcing compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in corporate travel operations, including business travel planning, ticketing, hotel bookings, and ancillary services.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced service environment.
- Proficiency in travel management systems, GDS tools, and automated travel solutions, with the ability to interpret travel data and operational reports.
- Solid skills in process optimization, service quality management, and handling client escalations and complex travel requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and deadline-driven delivery.
- Relevant experience in corporate travel management, preferably in a senior operations or supervisory role within the travel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in travel or operations management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to changing client needs, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
